::The food here was absolutely incredible. We had a little bit of everything - sushi, steak, seafood, pasta, and sandwiches. Everything was on point and delicious! The staff was awesome too!

::I’ve been visiting Nicaragua for over 3 years & the Beach House has been one of my favorite restaurants to go to!!! Always delicious & fresh sushi, their Surf & Turf is incomparable in town, & the service is always on point. Family owned & operated my wife & I always feel welcomed. We enjoyed our 1 year anniversary dinner here a few weeks back too! If you’re traveling to SJDS don’t hesitate to swing in for sunset or dinner.

::I first went 5 years ago and it was very different. - The layout of the restaurant changed and it’s really not for the best. It totally kill the vibe of the restaurant. Now it looks like any other restaurant on the beach of SanJuanDelSur. Bathroom are just like in the middle of the restaurant it’s a bit akward, the super long bar is not a nice place to chill since its over crowded by employee that are just talking instead of serving client. - The service starts to be really bad. My table was never cleaned, I was full of sand and piece of food that the previous client dropped on the table. Took a long time for the employee just to come say hi and give you the menu. Even the menu is old and half destroyed. - Food quality is inconsistent, it can be super good or super bad. Sushi are in general very good that’s why I added 2 star. - Portion are difficult to gauge, some sushi roll are super big and some super small. - Bathroom are not cleaned often. Really, the Beach House was amazing 5 - 6 years ago. It just look like it didn’t aged well.

::Very inconsistent food with good service in a good location. Sometimes you get great sushi but oftentimes you get last minute substitutions for the worse but priced at regular menu prices. For instance getting deep fried rolls instead of sashimi. If you know they have good fish in stock, then it's a good spot. Otherwise they'll try to pass anything they got as "sushi".
