::Very much enjoyed my stay. Had some of the best Nakatamles in Nicaragua here. It was included in our stay. Absolutely delicious 🤤. The city here is very quiet at night but once you are inside of the hotel you are transported such a beautiful aesthetic inside. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Nice hot water. Parking is included. The hotel keeper is a bit grumpy but the hotel is nice.

::Location is perfect, weather is very good here in Jinotepe. La Residencia Inn is a small place but very clean, breakfast is excellent. The owner made delicious nacatamales for breakfast on Christmas morning !!! The owner is very warm person and friendly!!!! The place is very quiet at night even though is in town. 💯 % worth the money we paid.

::Love this place! Stayed May 2019 with my parents that have been here before. Amenities included: warm water, a.c., free parking, free Wi-Fi, and a delicious traditional breakfast. The room had fresh towels and toiletries (shampoo and soap dispenser). Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Walking distance to local park, church, restaurants, and businesses. I saw a hummingbird while eating breakfast. My mom loves the fruit trees and my dad loves the service. Highly recommend this place!
