::This Hotel will always be my favorite hotel to stay in matagalpa! The staff here were so accommodating to my grandfather and me while we stayed here ! Their kindness and professionalism was beyond what I could have asked for or expected to received ! Breakfast was included, rooms were clean and ready! It was safe and the staff were very friendly! Thank you for the birthday day gift and I got to spend precious time with my grandpa here! Thank you !

::Best thing in this place is staff. They really care and try to help you. It was ok however very noisy. Rooms open into a central courtyard so, there is 0 privacy and it becomes very noisy if people are sitting in the lounge right in front of your room (#4) on the ground. Lounge should be on the third floor - dining terrace. Breakfast was ok.
