  Being something different in Boaco I expected something much better, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. The place is fine, it can always be improved, but in terms of service and food, it did not deliver. The attention was good, the waitress who served us got lost a couple of times and I had to get up to look for her, she was wanting to serve little. The food was no better, I asked for a t-bone, they didn't have it, so we ended up ordering 2 New York, one 3/4 finished, the other medium, they arrived well cooked (not according to the terms we asked for) for the meat being New York It was somewhat hard, a cowboy was also ordered, the cut was very good, super soft. Other than that, the dish was simple, they offered it with rice or gallo pinto (they didn't have any), plantains or potatoes, and a meh starter salad (lettuce, tomato, plums, and black olives). In general and for the price there is much to improve.
