  Perfect hostel for those, who seeks nice and quiet place situated just a minute from the beach. The owner is really nice person, always helpful.

  Casa Majagual is a beautiful place to stay and located in a little corner of paradise! Just a couple of steps away from the beach, surrounded by beautiful trees, flowers, and monkeys. One of my favorite places around and owned and operated by a fantastic family. You can't go wrong staying here.

  Amazing place where time seams to disappear... best place to get out of everything and spend resourceful moment, heaven beaches, almost empty, white sand, monkeys and turtles.. The house is very comfy, you'll find everything needed ! I'ld definitely spend my last days there if I could.

  What a great experience! The house was lovely and had a great porch with hammocks to swing and listen to the ocean breeze. It was a two-minute walk from two secluded and beautiful beaches, each with a restaurant. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Maderas beach, which has a few restaurants and surf lesson shops. Herly stays on the property sometime and is very helpful, especially to point out wildlife. The house has AC and fans to cool it down at night when it's hot. Plus, there is so much to do out and about! I would definitely recommend renting a car as the house is about 25 minutes north of San Juan del Sur. It was helpful to have a car to get groceries and explore the area. Best food our of entire trip was at the little restaurant on the "secret" beach right by the house - it is a must. Wander the beach at night - we saw turtles laying their eggs! Thank you for a great experience.
