  Save your money, I’ll put it simple, although we didn’t have any food in the room, our room was infested with ants and other sorts of bugs, had to bathe myself with bug spray, and couldn’t shower because how dirty it was, plus the shower didn’t have a curtain!!

  I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend and his family from on April 3rd. We reserved the hotel for four nights but ended up checking out the next morning because of how absolutely disgusting the hotel was. The sheets in our room were stained, there was grease all over our sheets. The bed felt like you were sleeping on wood. There were ants all over our room. The bathroom was revolting, but not quite as revolting as the state of the pool at the hotel. That pool must not have been cleaned in over a month. You could not pay me to get in there. I left my apple watch there, and when I went to pick it up the settings were messed with. I had left it there for less than 3 hours and someone had adjusted my wallpaper and tried to mess with my settings. There is no excuse for that. The staff seems like they do not want to do their job, especially the woman who checked us in at night. Save your money and do not stay here.

  Worst place in Nicaragua! The rooms and the whole surrounding is dirty, the shower and the toilet is not working properly even after asking for repairs. The staff is only playing and texting on there phone, no intention on actually working. They are bringing a menu for the breakfast but you don’t actually have a choice bc they will only make the eggs. They don’t help with anything not even with your bags when you check in. The only thing they seemed to have interest is there phone and to get you to pay before you had a chance to see the room. Don’t come here!

  Beware, a whole complex of rooms don't have hot water in the shower. My non confrontational partner asked if it could be fixed or rooms changed and they said nothing could be done. I had to go myself to tell them to change our rooms to one of the vacant ones in the afternoon. Breakfast is really good and view as well. It is clean. Would like to have cups in our bathrooms for toothbrushes and a mini fridge would be great.

  This place was fantastic. Beautiful view, incredible staff, the food was delicious, we will absolutely be back. Fantastic experience. The road to get up to the hotel is a little steep but it was manageable. 10/10 for sure.
