::Santa Cruz Hostel is the perfect place : 1.the private room we had was spacious, clean with a good bed and clean private bathroom in the middle of nature and it’s wonderful sounds. Perfect temperature because it is sunny but windy around the island. 2.the hostel and its garden are in the middle of an incredible nature : I saw beautiful blue birds, some pigs are walking around, squirrel jumping around. And the incredible view on the 2 volcanos + view on the beach and the lake 3.the hostel is near tiendas, restaurant, the beach and activities such as yoga and meditation organised in the village or a pizza night twice a week 4.MOST OF ALL THE RESTAURANT IS DELICIOUS: we had a veggie soup that is enormous and delicious, chicken kebab that was delicious and chicken curry. The breakfasts are great too!! Everything is around 130-300 cordobas. This is not the cheapest but it is actually the same price everywhere in Santa Cruz village so it is absolutely fair. The Santa Cruz Hostel restaurant is the real experience of the Nica mum cooking for you with love. Amazing! 5.people are NICE. The staff is the nicest : helpful, smiling, adorable. Thank you again

::Excellent place, highly recommend. The staff are super helpful and nice and the food is great for the money. Amazing location with a beautiful view of the volcano Concepción. Half an hour walk to Balgüe and 10 minutes to the beach. I would always recommend it.

::The most amazing hostel in Ometepe! Delicious food! Both breakfast and dinner🤤 Service was over the top, one night we ask from Mainor to do a fire and the whole night they chopped us trees! The hostel made my experience in Ometepe to an absolute pleaser❤️ Gracias por todos 😇
