  Staff is incredibly friendly - Javier and Alejandra are especially helpful. View of the lake is gorgeous, a fantastic place to watch sunset. They were flexible with our check out time since we were visiting during a less busy time of year. Very safe and secure, parking on site. I would definitely stay here again!

  we stayed there 6 nights, the staff isn’t very friendly, the restaurant is closed and we didn’t got any information on where to go or what to do. The atmosphere is not nice and the rooms are run down. We explored the Restaurants around the stay on our own.

  Wow, what an amazing hotel. On the lagoon beach, surrounded by trees and natural vegetation, wild birds nest in the trees, peace and quiet everywhere, spacious rooms, comfortable beds! Natural wood design with local motifs, smiling staff. Great place to catch some peace or take a stroll in the area.

  Amazing place! Gorgeous sunsets, chill quiet and relaxed, lots of space and shade and big trees. Big jetty to run off of and jump in the lake :) Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and proceeds go to the local bilingual school! The food in the restaurant is delicious. Great base to explore waterfalls, volcanoes, kayaking etc. I absolutely loved my stay here and will be back for sure. Thanks y’all!

  We had the bungalow with view on the lake. Big room. Nice and helpful staff. Food good even if a bit pricy. Sunset is just amazing every day. Location is nice on the south island. 30dollars taxi from / to the ferry is a bit expensive to reach the hotel but it is worth it!
