  Beautiful and quiet hotel you can rest peacefully, its staff is very friendly, helpful, attentive to the attention of our person, tidy, clean, the food was very good, a little hot, its bathroom is very nice, the place is very good, thank you

  I wish I could give this 50 stars! This place has the absolute most helpful, wonderful, and overall lovely people in nicaragua in my opinion! We had a problem with our reservation and being in a foreign country they helped us not only get everything straight the next day, but completely went out of their way to help us. Booked it online before leaving Leon and arrived at 2am but they said the website incorrectly booked us and the hotel was full..!! So we were extremely upset and did not know what to do. The owner herself came down to help us. We barely speak any Spanish so she offered to call several surrounding hotels or hostels, all of which were booked. After a half HR or so of calling around we were about to just sleep in the car but she then offered to CREATE a room for us in the reception room and shower in their own personal hotel room! It was surprisingly comfortable. They were the sweetest and had the most genuine hospitality. The next morning they gave us free coffee and also helped us call and book another hotel, guide, and the ferry to Ometepe. Even helped us call our car rental place to extend another day! So thankful and appreciative of every single person here. I will ALWAYS book here moving forward and recommend this to anyone looking to spend a night in granada. Lovely, safe, and made me feel like family :)

  Friendly staff and good service, just take note that it is 3 km away from the city center
