  Very good hotel. Nicely taken care of, decent prices, one of the best stays I’ve ever had. I love nicaragua and this is my favorite hotel to visit.

  Safe, clean, secure. I think they could expand the business somewhat by being more organized for breakfast. The food was decent, but not always available. Maybe ask about breakfast when you check in.

  Inside is lot nicer than outside. Clean pool, and a mango tree just by the pool. It was not busy . There are 2 supermarkets within 5 minute walking. The breakfast was just ok if you do not feel like going outside. Water and coffee are not included, especially that water is not drinkable from the tap. Overall it is good!

  Clean and modern rooms. Staff seemed a bit bored and unwelcoming at times. Don't bother having the lackluster $6 breakfast at the hotel. Better take a walk to town (e.g. to Kathy's Waffle House) or go to the supermarket right next door. It was also a bit inconvenient that the hotel often did not have change.

  It was a little outside of the city but a great place to stay. Rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning. The communal pool was great as most patrons took advantage during the warm day.
