::It's ok...but not worth the money compared to other nicer hotels. When we took a shower the whole bathroom flooded.... The toilet didn't flush and there was mold all around the bath tub. They charge you extra per night for a service dog for what not sure when they didn't come to clean. Food was ok and the gentleman serving us was phenomonal. The front desk staff were cordial but nothing extraordinary. I will not be recommending unfortunately.

::Very beautiful and quiet location with very nice rooms and nature around. But unfortunately rooms have no fly windows and there are even some rooms where you cannot even open the window at all, beware of that! Breakfast and service very good except that most of the staff speaks no English at all.

::I rarely review on websites, but I had to review my stay at Hotel Contempo. The staff was friendly and food was good. Great customer service. We were really impressed of Orlando and his hospitality and quality of service. His customer service and knowledge truly showed how passionate he his about his work, craft, and professionalism. He exceeded our expectations every single time, whether as a server, bartender, or room service. Any business would be lucky to have him. We would look forward to our next visit at Hotel Contempo.

::We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel and the grounds are beautiful. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The hotel food was okay in fact we had breakfast there most days. We were there in August 2022 we didn't see many guests there over 4 days. My cons list is short. We were unable to get hand towels the entire time we were there. So, we had to shower with big mid-sized towels. No satellite channels with options for English speakers or options on the TV menu for English subtitles. The tub trim area had mold but after showing it to the cleaning staff a deep cleaning was done. You have to be very careful when taking a bath in the jacuzzi tub or you will slip and bust your butt. There is no separate shower in my suite.

::The facilities are nice BUT they are lacking good service, It’s just just not there. Let me tell you from the beginning this place is NOT LGBTQ friendly, I spent a night here with my partner and the staff was very rude and kept looking at us in a very judgmental way, nobody gave us that welcoming feeling you expect from a place where you visit for the first time specially if you’re paying for the service and expect great things. From the beginning there were many issues. As a 5-star Hotels Forbes Trainer I can tell you they need to fix many things 1. The front desk staff is NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE about packages and what’s included in the price I booked my reservation online and never received any confirmations nor any details via email, I had to call the hotel and ask for them to process the reservation. Again the front desk lady knew nothing about it and had me call Marjorie? For more details. 2. They did not give me any details about breakfast when checking in and we missed it. The front desk Lady was rude and dismissive she did not provide any details about the services and where to find stuff around the hotel. 3. They did not give us the welcome cocktail 4. I asked for a different wine than the one included in the package and even though they couldn’t change it for free, they still did not offer me another option even as an extra cost, which I would’ve pay for if offered 5. During dinner, the server was so worried about 2 men enjoying their romantic package that she messed up my order and brought the wrong plate (never apologized for it) 6. The servers at Azul are rude and just not welcoming. Customer Service it’s just not present, it’s just plain rude and horrible service. In the end they have the facilities and they’re nice but they’re lacking great staff and great service. NOT recommended at all specially if you’re local, if I ever come back it might be just because of the American set up they have in most of the facilities but not because I was happy during my stay.
