::Our real estate developer analysts were in the country and needed to be strategically close to the city and the coastal areas of Nicaragua. The home suited all of our needs for a great price. Excellent value.
SFJAZZ Reception
::We were participating in a jazz collaboration concert to help a fundraiser for kids with disabilities. This was personally my first time out of the country and had such a delightful time in Nicaragua. The home and neighborhood added to this wonderful experience. Thank you host for being such a kind and warm hearted human being.

::We were in Nicaragua on business and upon arrival decided to stay in the outskirts of the city. After reading a few of the reviews, we figured we'd stay at Casa Gardenia a few nights and move on. We were received with such warmth that we decided to extend our stay. To our surprise, the hosts treated us like royalty and the caretaker was very attentive to our needs. Aside from superb service, the home was impeccable.

::Just a wonderful host. The home was beautiful at first sight. The floor was immaculate. Nice garden with a variety of trees such as lemon, orange, Norfolk Island pine, Laurel, among a few other species. They served us a nice breakfast upon arrival. The neighborhood is quiet, private, and very safe. The home is found in the outskirts of Managua in a nice part of town. The hills are nearby making it one of the coolest parts of the city. They arranged our pick up from the airport. We visited the Volcan masaya about 15 minutes away. The home is conveniently located near the Masaya highway that connects to the Masaya volcano, the Apoyo Lagoon, Masaya, and the City of Granada. There is Security in the premises that walk around and stand at the front gate 24 hours a day. Overall a wonderful experience!
