  We've stayed at this wonderful, authentic family run hotel several times and have our stays immensely. The sunset views from the patio are excellent, as is the pollo empanizado! The owner is very sweet and was eager to help me with my Spanish.

  I lost my rental car keys at the beach in the middle of the night. Some guys from the hostal and surrounding locations came to help me. I was able to get a room at the hostal at 0200 in the morning while waiting for rental company to bring spare keys. The room was very clean, bed was exceptable for a beach hostal. They had warm water and again I will mention very clean room and dining area. The food they made me for breakfast was very good. Very helpful and friendly guys here.

  Came for five days and stayed for eight. Rooms were clean, patio was great, and really liked the staff. Would definitely return.

  Cool patio that has a beautiful view of the beach. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the hostal. The staff is alright. The food is typical Nica food and not very pricey. The other hostals don't serve food so it's a plus to be able to order at anytime. The beach is a chill beach but the surfing beach -Maderas- is only 3 kilometers away.

  Very friendly staff, very nice food! Superb location! Definatly would recommend. A bit expensive, but in my opinion worth the money!
