  When we arrived at the hotel it was before 8pm,( but if you arrive after 8pm they Will not answer the gate even if you have paid to stay for the night, they have a phone number to call,but they never answer it ) When we arrived at the gate it was closed, it was raining, we hunk, called the phone number, also a neighbor girl was nice enough to go around the property to call Mr Mario who is the owner or manager, but no one ever came to open the gate.

  My friend and I were walking by, and stopped in to have some coffee. We asked about dinner, and told them we were vegan. Maria said they could absolutely accommodate us, asked us how we wanted our tacos and said they would make a special trip to the market... WHAT?! AMAZING! So we came back for dinner that evening, and had some delicious veggie tacos. She even made us a special bean dip with house-made tortilla chips that were some how incredibly crunchy and chewy at the same time! THEN as we were getting ready to leave, THEY WALKED US HOME! They didn’t even know where we were staying, but the distance didn’t matter because they wanted us to get home safe! I wanted to cry because we felt so welcomed and cared about! I absolutely recommend coming here if you’re staying in Playa Marsella or Playa Maderas! Muchísimas gracias por todo! Servicio fenomenal!!

  Customer service is good, there's free wifi and food. I just didn't like the rooms, there are a lot of mosquitoes since a river is very close to the rooms. Big parking space.

  This place is fun. Authentic Mexican food - very good value. And you can see the crocodile "Packo" after your meal. If you ask nicely they let you ride the crocodile around the swamp
