  The very nice environment with a large garden, issues to improve, the speed to prepare the rooms, a long time passed since we arrived, we left and returned and the rooms were not ready yet, the other is, turning the room into a double room by joining two single beds is not it's a good idea.

  Terrible place, we made the reservations in advance and when we arrived they did not have anything ready, nobody took the time to give you the rooms and verify that everything was in order, they gave us a room without a hot shower, without a fan, without towels, without soaps and no toilet paper, apart from the fact that they were very small. I have stayed in other cheaper places with better service. I would not stay there again.

  Horrible and filthy, overpriced . Worst hotel in Matagalpa. Staff was very surly

  The disappointment after our arrival is beyond limits, my wife had made a reservation many days prior to our arrival, when we made it to the hostal, not only was the room not ready, but it looks like they hadn't even made the reservation, then we were told it would be a different price than the one quoted days before. At that point, we didn't have that much of a choice so we decided to go with it, they went back to the room to clean it but to our surprise, when we went into the room, it was not clean as expected, and to top it off, there was a cockroach in one of the curtains, bottom line, there is no sense of customer service and the lady in charge does not seem to know how to handle this type of situation, at that point we just decided to leave and find some place else.

  1. Good location 2. Has wifi 3. Friendly people working here 4. Good price about having breakfast 5. Room are nice and clean up to $7 per night stay good for the backpacker
