::Some of the people were rude, I asked for pillows and they were asking a lot of questions with a rude face, also I paid the executive suite for 4 of us (my family) and I had to pay for the breakfast when they told me was included in the price. And the worst thing the WiFi was not working properly, I couldn’t do anything on my computer because they WiFi was inconsistent not working.

::Good location in Managua close to shops and restaurants. Parking is ample and secure with two guards 24x7. Restaurants is roomy and well managed. We only had breakfast buffet and is was very tasty and fresh with many options good for longer stays.Front desk is efficient and friendly. Pool is nice and refreshing..towels have to be requested at Front desk. There is room service and a full bar. Rooms are comfortable and wifi is stable. Bathroom is a bit dated but fully functional. AC is comfortable and not too strong. Lounge is currently closed but they accommodate you from bar or restaurant.

::Customer service was nothing special. Just people doing a job. Toilet didn't flush. I left the room to give engineering time to fix it. After 2 hours, the front desk couldn't figure out if it was fixed. I asked for another room. They should have either known whether it was fixed, or offered me another room. When I got to the room to move, the maid immediately knew it had been fixed!!! Why didn't anyone ask her! The only good thing was the person who helped me move rooms. The "upgraded" room on the executive suite didn't include any upgrades. In fact, I was overcharged at the bar. When I brought it to the front desk's attention, they didn't do anything about it. Not only that, the faucet in the bathroom sink didn't work properly. It sprouted. I didn't bother complaining. I don't know if the plumbing problem is related to Nicaragua being a third world country. The customer service issues have to do with the hotel itself. I stayed in Hotel La Perla in Leon, Nicaragua. Exceptional customer service. They love what they do. I was hoping the Hilton would hire and train the same way. Nothing to do in the area. Gym equipment has not been maintained. No sun umbrellas by pool. No single malt scotch worth drinking anywhere. Bathrooms need to redo caulking. I stayed in 2, and they are gross.

::Honor member, no complementary water in room, no reception available during night, called 3 times no answer. Requested water in the room, didn't happened, they forgot. Stucco falling apart, bathtub didn't drain, sunflower seeds next to the bed, didn't clean it good the carpet.
