::This is by far the best coffee/pastry house in Jinotega. I visited this wonderful little spot in 2014 and I haven't stopped thinking about how much of a delightful time I had here throughout my stay in Jinotega. There's nothing better than having a great cup of coffee in a relaxed atmosphere in Jinotega. Gracias Don Colocho.

::Great coffee, and cheese cake was good. Loved the little pineapple bars picked up at the connected bakery. Some of those made it home and were enjoyed by family.
