  Delicious, fresh cakes and pastries (the best we had in Nicaragua so far) and the cappuccino was very good too.

  This is by far the best coffee/pastry house in Jinotega. I visited this wonderful little spot in 2014 and I haven't stopped thinking about how much of a delightful time I had here throughout my stay in Jinotega. There's nothing better than having a great cup of coffee in a relaxed atmosphere in Jinotega. Gracias Don Colocho.

  Great coffee, and cheese cake was good. Loved the little pineapple bars picked up at the connected bakery. Some of those made it home and were enjoyed by family.
