  I can’t speak to the rooms, but the property is extremely nice and clean. I was amazed to see beautiful grass and just a clean space all around the property. Across from the guest houses is their restaurant, which we did patronize. The food was delicious! The fried chicken was probably the best chicken that I had while I was in Nicaragua. It wasn’t greasy and perfectly seasoned. The fish was also very good and my husband enjoyed it. The owner was kind, professional and easy going. I would definitely come back here with my family when we are back in Pearl Lagoon.
