  The restaurants are very nice, remodeled, with a more modern touch. Lots of people, marimba music, nice family atmosphere, shops and there are already ATMs (that's important)

  Fantastic place to stay. My family and I are currently living in one side while me friends are in the other. We rented for 2 months total with availability for a 3rd if we need. Super close to lots of stores and an amazing view of Laguna de Apoyo. Juan the grounds keeper is great even sits with us and helps us with our Spanish occasionally
