  Great place to go for a pool day and have some nice food. Although the rest of the employees at this establishment and the restaurant were excellent, our stay was grayed by, specifically the person in charge of reception/lobby on Monday, March 20th, 2023, she really lacked professionalism. During the early hours of the morning, there were loud screams, conversations, and music. I do not recommend anyone to go to this location with their family. Perhaps it could be comfortable for single people due to its proximity to Galerías and the Carretera Sur.
