This was my first time staying at the hyatt and it was great. On my previous trip I crash at the Hilton but the hyatt stands out big time. Upon checking William the gentleman man at the front desk was extremely polite and attended to our needs. The food was pretty good every morning I decided to have breakfast there. There set up was great with plenty of variety. Upon Check out Joel the manager was super polite, not to mentioned my room service lady which I will not forget her name Tatiana Mejia. That young lady was amazing 👏!! She is definitely someone i would love as one of my workers on my team.I will definitely stay there again without thinking about it twice.👍

Fantastic location- right next to the Gallarias mall. The room wasn’t very impressive, as with the small rectangular pool. Service wasn’t exceptional, prices are a little high. Would stay somewhere else next time.

I’m a Hyatt Globalist, and travel a lot to Hyatts all over the world. I was very disappointed with the service and the manager at this Hyatt. This stemmed from them charging me for breakfast which was included in the rate. They said that I needed to select two guests when I made the reservation (which is the same price as one guest) in order to get free breakfast. When I asked them to update my reservation to two guests, they refused and proceeded to charge me for breakfast. I was very disappointed in this and would not recommend the hotel.

Fabulous. The food is {western Price] reasonable, the Coffee is very good, I love the staff and they have simply the best all you can eat Breakfast in town. The rooms are very very good, modern and very comfortable; I recently spent 7 nights there. It's my favorite place to stay in Managua when I need a hotel. I send everyone there. Best bit... walk across the little bridge to Zona Vida at Galerias! I thought the rates were reasonable too.

This is a very nice clean hotel. It will be like the United States, so after being a tourist all day you can come back to familiarity.
