I wenr there to have a full peacefully time, but starting with the fact they dont take CC and then we realized the aircon is turned off at 7am even though your check out is at 12midday, the beds have bugs which do bites a lot and we couldn't believe it at all, ill share some photos

Today my husband and I spent several hours in the beautiful Restaurante Ocaso between travel stops. We could not have been met with warmer hospitality. From the minute we arrived our luggage was watched over as we made our way upstairs to the spacious, comfortable, clean dining area complete with Lake vistas and tropical birds (serenading in full chorus!) We were made to feel at home as the owner showed us to large rocking chairs—I explained I was feeling travel weary and she and the young male waiter set me up in maximum comfort and ease. Lunch was hearty and delicious. The tostones con queso were fresh, warm, and featured the local authentic cheese. The chicken soup was enough for the two of us, with a combination of fresh local vegetables and generous portion of chicken. I left feeling much better than I did when I arrived. We have been in Nicaragua for over three months so we have a rather extensive frame of reference, and Restaurante Ocaso (with Hotel) was a wonderful, comfortable, delicious find. Heartily recommend this! Mil gracias!

Comfortable enough, but the karaoke was very loud and went on until 7am. Not a good place to get much rest.

Stayed here on the way to Los guatuzos. Room was noisy, only 1 towel per room even though there was 2 of us. Expensive room (40$) and staff not very friendly.
