  Great place to stay, really comfortable, things that I didn’t like , no indoor parking for cars and also had Hot water problems and No breakfast available.

  very convinio..close to commercial area..swimming pool are small..but it is okey...no breakfast offers..only coffee.

  Great location. An OK hotel. But it's not a 3 star hotel...comfortable bed but no window in the room.

  I got a deal on the price of the room, but otherwise i would not have stayed there. I dont think full price is justified with the small bathrooms, hit-or-miss hot water, and just-ok bed and furniture/décor. The pool is ok for just floating, it's too small to actually swim. Breakfast was good, except I'm pretty sure I got instant coffee, which is a shame in Matagalpa, one of the largest coffee-producing departments in the country. Parking is good. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Bottled water is for purchase and not complimentary.
