  Good value traditional central American small family hotel. We have been here 3 times now in the past 2 years. Functional rooms. Hot water is an electric gadget on shower head. Good common spaces. Great service and secirity. Price was $46 for an air conditioned two bed room with it's own bathroom and shower. Breakfast is Nicaraguan staples served from the family/hotel kitchen feeling like you are in their living room or kitchen table depending on where you sit. Clean.

  Hot water shower; not all rooms have private shower; relatively clean; breakfast included in price (gallo pinto, eggs, pancakes, toast, fruit, coffee).

  Pretty clean, a bit noisy but that could have been because of the guests, pillows are rock hard some people may like that, no hot water D: but overall for the price you can't go wrong and it's very clean.
