::Mixed. Check in was disappointing and I was given no information, welcome etc. I would say the family who are running the hostel are not so enthusiastic, BUT their employee Esperanza is exceptional. She works from early morning to late night, seemingly doing all the jobs, including being super friendly with guests, helping to organise trips and cleaning, cleaning cleaning. She absolutely makes the hostel which would otherwise be below average. I hope she is well paid for the incredible work she does

::Staff is really friendly and helpful, great location - 3 blocks away from Artesanos (restaurant/bar/club), would highly recommend, great spot to relax also offers free breakfast

::This is a good and lovely, clean hostel. We really enjoyed our private room with bathroom. Somehow it wasn’t very social though and the staff members weren’t very welcoming or attentive.

::Its a nice hostel which is clean and spacious. The staff are always helpful and very friendly with good English skills. They offer a choice of nice breakfasts which are both delicious. The sitting areas are comfortable. And the pet bunny is well looked after!
