  Do NOT go! spend your money in other place where they apréciate your visit. the woman who runs this place she is rude. insolent, bad mannered, nasty . she does not deserve customers were going there. you feel NOT welcomed at all! horrible experience., may I say the worst reception ever had in the hospitality’s world!

  Clean rooms with private bathroom, kitchen to use, many plants in the inside yard, very central to beach and surf shuttles. Friendly host, speaks only Spanish tho.

  Best budget range hostel room during my 4 week travel in Nicaragua! It was clean and spacious with enough space for two people to store their bags in the room without putting them on the floor. We stayed in a private room with AC and a fan for only $23 a night! The AC worked so well we were actually a bit cold at night and had to turn it to off. The shower pressure was good (cold water only). Clean towels and bar soap in the bathroom was included (no shampoo, conditioner and bath soap as expected for this rate). They also have a community kitchen for guest use (only 1 knife). It is conveniently located half a block away from the beach and only 2 blocks from the popular bars and clubs in San Juan del Sur. The staff was friendly and accommodating as well. I highly recommend Casa Romano for your San Juan del Sur stay.
