  The supposed opening hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.... However, they not only took an hour for lunch from 12 to 1 p.m. but now it turns out that they open at 1330! No supervisors? And if they want to close because they don't put the correct hours on the sign and on the networks! As always customer service equal to zero!

  The ATM of this branch gave me a torn bill and the bank was unable to change it, effectively stealing my money

  The fastest branch of all BANPRO since only students come. I recommend to do all those transactions that take up your time because they also have banking services here.
