  Worst service, zero recommended!! The call center is rubbish!!! Badly educated, arrogant, they mistreat the customer!!!

  Worst bank of all, there is no face-to-face service. I traveled from Jinotepe to make a claim and they told me we're sorry, but you can only do that by calcenter and not even those of legal age, there was a 70-year-old lady lining up to make a phone call. 2 they tell you that the membership is not charged for the first year but when the time comes they charge you and if you claim they make you crazy 3 you get ghost purchases lousy bank

  They need to add more branches, at least in Managua and the cashiers shouldn't handle customer service as this causes bottle neck or delays. They need to add more branches, at least in Managua, and their ATMs should not provide banking services as it creates delays in service.

  Headquarters of a local bank that mainly caters to smaller and greener businesses. Friendly staff and great facilities. Not very popular for personal banking as they don't have that many branches in the country.
