  First time in Central America, yep. First place we stayed in Nicaragua, yep. Best travel decision I've ever made, YEP! This three-story, beachfront villa will blow your mind. The location is off the beaten path but don't let that stop you, it's so worth it! Ocean-side pool, secluded beach, hollow waves, wild horses, sea turtles, roof top balcony with 360 degree views, cozy beds, etc, etc. Best of all, the property managers (Rachel and Matt) are nearby and 100% ready to help you out with whatever you need. Oh, and Rachel is even a certified massage therapist. Whether you're seeking relaxation away from the crowds or life-changing adventures, this is the spot!
