  Experience was not great as it normally is when I've been at other Tip Top restaurants, the employees were eager to close for the day, I ended up with a chicken that needed more cook time, the wait was longer than the 15min they had promised, and later during my the meal I ask to purchase a bottle of water and it was denied, the cashier said she had closed and could not process anymore transaction.

  Great fried chicken, quick service and clean facilities all around.
