  This site in the morning during rush hour is a nuisance, given the poor condition of the traffic lights and also the delay that traffic officers make in the morning between 6:30 a.m. and around 9:00 a.m. in the afternoon between 5:00 p.m. 00 pm and 7:00 pm between that period there are traffic jams in both directions of the roads
