::The restaurant has a cool vibe, and good healthy food options, but it's quite expensive. Ice cream was 3 times what we paid in Gigante or Popoyo, with limited choices.

::My husband and I came across Scoops and Spokes Cafe by chance while checking out Hacienda Iguana. It’s a cute little cafe with good selection of breakfast and lunch items. I had the avocado toast which was delish! The eggs were poached perfectly with the velvety bright orange yolks running down the toast. Iced latte was terrific too. The staff were courteous. Shane and JJ who run the place were so helpful and likable, gave us great tips about traveling and living in Nica.

::I have basically been coming here for the last week while I have been staying at Iguana. I come here usually in the mornings and handle my work emails. It is a great place for a morning cappuccino, a bite or an ice cream. The breakfast burrito is the “go to” in my opinion. If sitting on the entry table, it can get a bit dusty so be mindful. The other tables are not ideal for working, at least not for me.

::Great breakfast panini and we'll prepared espresso. Osman who served me was super friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my meal and I will be back again. Excellent location and occasional surf board swaps as well as other events. Craft beer to be had in the evening.

::Fantastic ice cream to beat the Nicaraguan heat! Also on Sundays they do crepés and mimosas. Delicious and a TOTAL BARGAIN for what you would pay in the states.
