  Terrible hospital excuse. They don't let you in without masks. We are at May 30, 2023, no government institution asks for masks. It's late, there's nowhere to buy and the old HP screams out of the mask. Another patient had an extra one. One goes to the toilets, there is no toilet paper, there is no soap. Is this place a hospital or a public bathroom at a grim gas station? What is this?! Equally bad attention and that whoever I took was an emergency. Taunt class.

  It wasn't that bad, more or less, but it wasn't super good either. In labor and delivery the care is not very acceptable but in the rooms it is more or less acceptable

  Excellent attention. Today there was a case of Covid and they quickly isolated the patient from the rest. It was a little tense but quickly the entrance was fluid again

  The attention from my perspective is very good. From time to time one meets a @ or another doctor who loses his human sense during the journey, but his mission is clear. For the most part, there is quality care, appointments in a timely manner, and high-tech medical equipment, as well as a wide variety of specialties and medical examinations. If you are affiliated with the hospital, they offer you a 10% discount in cash and 5% with debit and credit cards on exams outside of INSS coverage. There are rarely no medications.

  Excellent medical service and attention to patient by nursing staff was very good, we certainly would recommend this Hospital to fellow expats living in Nicaragua. Very clean, reasonably priced, private rooms nice, and food from cafeteria was not that bad for hospital food...
