  They should change staff, they are incompetent and a suggestion should be to put cameras so that they do not steal the client's money when they have already paid in advance.

  Customer service still needs to work better, a lot of time to prepare a cheese. Very uncomfortable by the response of the person who is at the reception leaves a lot to say. 🤔

  It has been considered a place recommended by most of the families in Ocotal, however today I experienced a disappointment having to wait more than an hour for my consumption which did not take effect having to cancel my order. I hope they can improve that aspect.

  Friendly place to visit with your family. Nothing fancy, good prices and they serve beer.
