::My boyfriend and I wanted to spend 2 weeks at the surf camp in February. Unfortunately we had to cancel the trip because I had broken my shoulder in an accident. The camp has not helped us in any way. Although we have presented the hospital documents, we did not get any money back. We are students and we lost several hundred euros because of my accident. We are very sad that we were not guaranteed any part of the money nor any credit. We will not book this camp again when we come to Nicaragua.

::Rapture canceled our trip with no notice and would not refund our money. They “closed” a camp temporarily and told us to use another of their camps 5,000 miles away. Be very cautious booking with them. Too many other legitimate surf camps to go to. Rapture, your response contains a lie. We rebooked because of Covid at your demand, and then you canceled our trip this March. No other resort in the area is closed!! You only offered a trip at your Bali or Europe location in exchange for you canceling. I had to call and email you several times over 3 weeks to even find out that you closed your Costa Rica camp. Going to Bali or Europe was not an option as we already had flights and time off booked. Plenty of other camps to stay. You canceled and should refund our money.

::If you’re looking for relaxation, loads of surf, yoga, great food, and amazing value this is your spot. Vincent and his team were the most accommodating crew I’ve ever experienced. The surf guiding and coaching was next level. I had 11 days here and we were on great waves every day. The camp is clean, stylish and comfortable with a huge yoga deck and infinity pool. Will absolutely be back.

::I stayed at the Rapture camps in both Costa Rica and Nicaragua on this trip and both were great! The Nicaragua camp is stunning with a great view of the ocean. Communal breakfasts and dinners are included and great to get to know the other guests and you can also buy lunch at the camp if you want. There are a few beaches to surf nearby and the group will drive down for one or two sessions a day depending on the tides. All the staff and guides were super helpful and friendly and the camp had a very social atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

::Had a fantastic first surfing experience for 5 days at rapture. Was very sad to leave the camp, have been travelling for 8 weeks in Central America and this was my favourite experience so far. Took surfing lessons each day and the teachers did a really great job helping us to learn the basics and start catching waves. Transport was provided to 4 different beaches during our stay (1-2 times per day, depending on the waves). The owner (Vincent) was often around and always available to answer queries & help. The team at the hostel were a really great group of people - helpful and made sure there were plenty activities on top of surfing to keep us busy. Had a couple of Surf Theory sessions to complement our practice in the sea - led by Simone who was very knowledgable. The camp itself was really nice to chill out in, great infinity pool, day beds and sun loungers. Rooms and bathrooms cleaned every day and very comfortable . Breakfast and dinner provided at the camp. As much as you can eat for both meals, which was much appreciated after long day surfing. Overall had a really enjoyable week with a great bunch of people (guests & staff) - would definitely stay again!
