::On December 1st, 2019 my cousins, sister and I were involved in a car accident and my sister was transferred to this hospital. Even though the hospital looked like we were on the '60s or '70s, (dirty, old, outdated, full with roaches and etc), the Doctors that treated all 4 of us, especially my sister, were so professional, kind, thoughtful and absolutely nice. I can't say the same for some of the nurses, they were miserable, angry and just rude. One of them went as far as asking what we were there for? I mean unless you're blind I guess we are spending vacation in the hospital, taking medication as a hobby and receiving surgery with stitches for fun! The ignorance of some people just shocks me sometimes.

::One of the best hospital of Nicaragua even with the lack of resources. Medical attention is excelent, but doctors works with nails, because there are lacking a lot of things.

::One of the bigger public hospitals in Leon. Staff is regularly overwhelmed so patience and basic courtesy can be lacking. If you don't mind waiting, has the best doctors in town and equipment. Also serves as training ground for med students.
