  The Little Corn Island Panga has become so unreliable, due to the Navy prohibiting it to run in just mildly windy weather that it is not even feasible to visit. They need to realize that the accident that happened was in 30 knot winds, not 12 knot gusts. You just cannot risk being there if you have plane to catch out of Managua with in 3-4 days. It is ruining tourism on the island. If they are that concerned then provide a ferry that can run in higher winds. The island must have a reliable transport service. The government needs to pay attention to the issue and do something.
