  I've been to two out of the 4 locations and with certainty, I can say they are my favorite coffee shop. After years of looking for the perfect cup of cappuccino, they know how to make it so no sugar is needed at all, creamy and high quality. Food is excellent. Food option is diverse and ingredients are fresh. Best sandwiches I've had in a long time. Fries accompany the sandwiches but the small portion of salad is best if you want to try their dressing. The salads are flavorful and nutrient-filled. The combination of ingredients make them so fun and tasty. The staff is highly attentive. Serving time and portions are on point. Prices are super fair. Quality is consistent. It is often pretty busy so the only disadvantage is that if the house is full you'll miss on the experience of being at El Molino. The design resembles a co working space, with enough light and noisy yet balanced ambience to be able to work. The joy experienced there is not forced and it is a cozy space for after office quality time spending.

  In San Marcos, Carazo, there is no coffee like that !!! And the food has an excellent and delicious taste !!! The place is pretty nice and cool !!!

  Definitely recommend! This is an awesome place even if you're not looking for a cup of coffee but different options instead. Personnel is extremely friendly and very customer service oriented. They check on you every 20 mins. 🙂 it's great!
