::It is a good hospital, which stands out for its wide variety of free services for Nicaraguan children and young people. However, the prices for food are somewhat expensive, so it is advisable to bring your own food if you are going to stay more than one day. In addition, the heat and the large number of people make it a somewhat exhausting experience. There is no air conditioning. But it is very good.
