::In the year 2022 a baby was stolen. In April 2023 there was an attempted kidnapping, but they couldn't, when the unknown woman was discovered, she left... she just left, no one followed her. In the early hours of the morning, strangers enter to steal cell phones... or anything else of value.

::The quality of medical care is terrible, and the term is short, I had to wait exactly 5 hours for them to attend to a wound, all that time from drop to drop a small pool of blood was formed and even so the indication they gave me it was that i had to wait why the staff was busy. Busy gossiping while they had 7 people waiting to be served for different reasons. Public health care in Nicaragua is deplorable, as are its facilities, so much so that they boast about their improvements in facilities when the staff is not even an approximate room capable of caring for people with dedication.

::Quick, free and effective. I'm Australian and needed medical attention for a nasty gash in my elbow. Got referred from another clinic. Here, they gave me xrays and referrals for antibiotics as well as a treatment regime in under 30 minutes all for free. Really great, except no one really knew any English so it was quite difficult to communicate but ended well.

::The truth is that because it is about health it is a very dirty and untidy place. The cleaning staff spend their time talking with the staff that should be serving the population. But the good thing is that the Doctors are good and conscientious, they always help you almost everyone

::Sprained my ankle in Catarina in a hole going down some steps. I thought I might have possibly broken it. They did Xrays and wrapped it up for free. Public health systems are free in Nicaragua so don't be scared to visit one. They aren't the nicest but for basic care they're better than nothing.
