  Good location of the hotel, facilitating mobility in the city, cozy, good service, includes American breakfast, there are other breakfast options at an additional cost, parking is on the street, relatively safe. It has a view of the city.

  4 star rooms not because of any flaw, just that it would have been nice to have hot water. But it is something that is already in the plans according to what someone in charge of the Hotel told me. But its rooms are very well organized, air conditioning working 100%, the price-quality ratio is more than excellent. And the breakfast included with coffee, the best. Super accessible to the main roads of the city and in a very picturesque spot, located right in front of a park and church.

  Starting with the literal location, there is no parking. It is on a main one. The room without air conditioning costs $20. It seems expensive to me for what they offer. Small ceiling fan, no TV. There are no outlets except for a power strip that is attached to the ceiling fan. Low pressure cold water. For that price there are really better options in Santo Tomás Juigalapa and surrounding areas. Friendly if they were but it does not make up for the experience at all. Many talk about the view... That only serves for the photo, not the rest experience. Be more objective...
