  The customer service staff does not have the preparation to attend to the clients, the owner with whom I had to deal personally, does not have the slightest idea of ​​the administration of a hotel either. Usually hotels of this type are used for express trips or for short work stays, which in my case was work, I arrived the night before and the next day I worked outside the hotel all day, I arrived at four in the afternoon and they tell me that I can't use the air conditioning until 6pm. totally absurd !!! I asked him to return the money for one night because I was not going to stay there anymore, which I paid in advance for the two nights and I did not return it either. The worst experience I've ever had and added to the fact that the cost is not worth the service or the facilities. The owner is a pedantic person. I do not recommend it at all.
