::Center of town. Super affordable and the owners are awesome! I would stay again. Close to bar, smoothies, and a salon for good pedicure. Walkable to market.

::Very clean, very nice owners, excellent consultations on what to do and how to get from a to b and lastly the price of 5$ per night per person. Masaya is the right place for people who want to experience the real Nicaragua away from the main stream tourism.

::One of the best places we have stayed in Nicaragua! It is simple yet beautiful, has a nice inner garden with tables where you can relax. Rooms are tidy, clean and comfortable. The wifi is very good and there are bathrooms and showers close to all the rooms. The best part about it is Carlos, the owner of the place. He is the nicest, most knowledgeable, smart and helpful person we have met in Nicaragua. He speaks perfect English, but we prefer to practice our Spanish with him. He is very patient and would be a great Spanish teacher as he tells you the correct way of saying stuff if you made a mistake. I recommend this place to everyone, who wants to have a nice time in a very nice and very safe town, in the middle of all destinations in this country.

::Simple Place, Super Cheap, Amazing Innkeeper Don Carlos went all out to help us locate a lost iPhone, find what we wanted to see around town, and coach us on our Spanish. Really nice, smart guy who is easy to communicate with across languages. The rooms are simple, with good fans, bulletproof auto-locking doors, hooks for gear. There is a cafe-esque patio courtyard with abundant rocking chairs & tables perfect for fixing/rearranging gear and planning your next move. Easy walking distance to the market and major roads to Volcan Masaya etc. The showers are big, but a little dicey--no shower heads & funky tile work & rrpairs make them look dingy even though Doña Carlos scrubs them daily. Great place for early birds: 2200 curfew, and the smoothie bar next foor fires up audibly at 0700.

::I visited Masaya twice and stayed each time at hotel Regis for it has all I'm looking for. Rooms are well-sized with a clean fan (they are very often dusty in other places) and a good bed. The bathrooms are a little far from the rooms but they are definitely clean as is the rest of the place. Wi-Fi, a nice patio and a very friendly and helpful owner complete the whole picture and the price of 100 cordobas (4$) a night will seal the deal! One last thing: it's not for party animals since there is a 10PM curfew!
