  Recommended for a peaceful stay. Not a party hotel, although, clearly, one can reserve whole, or sectuons for private events, or take-overs. Service is punctual and professional. Clean. Very clean. Family friendly. Reclusive. Recommended for Romance. Chef Puro

  This place has the worst administration I’ve ever dealt with, I’ve been requesting an estimate for an event since January and still haven’t received a follow up, after several emails, visits and phone calls I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere, there’s a “manager” Manuel Zelaya that promises to reach back and never does no wonder this place is always empty and struggling, they need a new administration asap

  Stunning view - beautiful adorned rooms. Very modern architecture- but expensive. $150US direct booking Feb/23. Food:drink room service.

  This place has amazing food and a great view. I loved the hotel rooms as they were spacious and very comfortable with a great panoramic view. The restaurant has great food, but customer service is lacking. They weren’t paying attention, and we had to wave them down. The waiter that we had needed to be explained many times what we wanted as he was not all there that is the only complaint I have, but the food was great.

  The place is a bit difficult to get to but the views are worth it. There was a discrepancy between Expedia, the hotel and myself regarding adding our kids to the room reservation but Jonathan worked diligently to fix this issue. The showers are large and hot water is readily available. The service is 5 stars and all of the employees go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable.
