  It is nice, warm but I lost things in that place and their response was hateful and they told me that I was a charlatan that they were not responsible for my loss that it was my carelessness

  Very. nice little hotel in the centre of Masaya, People are very, very friendly and helpfull. You are in the middle of the real life in Masaya, but perfectly safe. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast (choice american or Nigaraguan) is perfect. Enjoy it!
