  Here I spent my first day in Nicaragua, was received very friendly and got a lot of help. I especially enjoyed the view of the lake from my bed in the morning, and kayaking in the afternoon.

  Good location, walking distance from the bus terminal, right on the lake promenade (but don't expect spectacular promenade), good, clean, modern hotel (relative to others in the area), very nice hotel owner. If you are in San Carlos for a night or two this is the place That will give good value for the price

  Good inexpensive hotel. Straight forward accommodation with AC. No hot water but it wasn’t too cold. It was clean. Good location and very nice owner. Street parking only. Great view of the lake. I would stay there again.

  Unfortunately not really great. The rooms on the ground floor are dark, not clean (toilet paper from previous customer in trash can), dirty walls, bad internet and we felt us not really welcome :-( Breakfast was okay.
