  Breakfast very cold . Horrible attending with bad actitude plus problem with water no water mostly at hotel room and not worthy even for s night . The true I've never seen a hotel like that in any part of the world

  This is a great little hotel the people are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and well maintained the breakfast is great you get to pick off a menu. Beds are comfortable, there's a good restaurant about half a block away and a good cheap buffet a half a block the other direction. Front desk was very accommodating with tour setup and transportation. If you are traveling to Esteli this is the place to stay. Beautiful hotel, owner and staff.

  Very comfortable stay. The breakfast is amazing. Try the pancakes AKA "Panqueque". They are delicious. If weather is nice, enjoy breakfast on the balcony. Great view. Staff very nice, clean rooms, nothing fancy, definitely will stay here if I ever return to Estalí. They are quite strict about guests but for good reason. Bar walking distance.

  If you don't mind a very religious atmosphere where they may have prayer meetings and missionaries holding meetings in the public areas and making lots of noise doing so, then this is the place for you. If you don't mind their strict policies about guests, etc.and Bible sayings on your bed every night Then this is the place for you. Comfortable, clean rooms, good breakfast, although nasty coffee. Would I go back? Definitely Not Ever!

  The hotel was very clean, the food (breakfast) was well done and the staff was helpful and friendly. I rarely write reviews, but i made the exception because a problem i had while at the hotel. The manner in which the staff and hotel owner handled it and how they went above and beyond to help me resolve it is what sealed the deal for me. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my friends and family and look forward to staying there again.
