::The service was not the best, they had one lady responsible for doing everything for all the guests. I know this because she made it a point to complain about it to us, and would make a face any time we asked for anything. However, our tour guide who was recommended by the hotel really made up for that, as he was very friendly and accommodating! The rooms were clean and had optional ac available. The view to the lake from the infinity pool was amazing, especially at sunset! The food tasted great, breakfast is included and you have the option to dine there for dinner as well.
