::I visited Mansion de Chocolate for the spa and pool, I would not recommend the massage. I did the "signature chocolate massage" and it destroyed my skin, I had to stop after a few minutes and request the massage be done without the products. My skin was irritated and very painful hours later, covered in red marks like small cuts and the normal massage just wasn't good. The building is beautiful though and the pool was a nice reprieve from the hot day. You can buy a day pass for $5, I'd suggest to skip the spa and just use the pool. The staff were really nice and apologized for the terrible massage experience.

::We had a good time 3 years ago however the only drawbacks this year is that the phone number we called to confirm our reservation was temporarily unavailable! We had to go to Granada and when we got there they told us that they had not yet confirmed the payment thru hoteles.com but they gave us the habitation for the night anyways! The rooms were partly cleaned and some of the light bulbs where not functioning not to mention the shower head needs to be replaced or repaired. On the plus side there was hot water and a nice pool. Woke up the next morning to check out and no one was available to check out with and we did not get our promised free breakfast so we skidaddle out of there to get to our next adventure!

::We booked Mansion de Chocolate at short notice and had a really good stay, especially during challenging times with Covid. The staff were really friendly and helped us make a reservation for a Cacao body massage which was AMAZING! Room was very spacious and quiet and honestly way exceed our expectations. The location is ideal, on a quiet street but close to the main square and great cafes/restaurants. Only drawbacks is that the pool area didn't really look open and breakfast included was basic enough. But the café's in the hotel looked really good. Definitely recommend and look forward to returning when things get back to normal.

::The historic hotel is beautiful and if you take the time to speak with locals or the hotel staff, you will hear some interesting stories and facts about the mansion. The staff were friendly and willing to lend a hand at all times. My only issue with this place was the fact that some of the guestrooms smelled a bit musky since it is an old mansion. Beside that nuisance, which can be cleared by opening the doors and windows. The mansion is perfectly located and is just a few blocks from the main plaza where all the restaurants are located at. Lovely place indeed!

::A beautiful hotel right in the town of Granada, walking distance from the park and the yellow Cathedral is in all the pictures. The decoration of the hotel is amazing, very cozy colonial building, a nice size swimming pool to relax and enjoy the view from a small deck that's right next to it. Rooms have AC, comfortable beds, breakfast is amazing and the chocolate museum is part of the facilities of the hotel, you can book a tour at the lobby for it. It's worthy
